Hardwood Exits is Blackbird Harmony's masterful follow-up to the 2004 self-released 'Angels With Outstretched Hands'.  This album finds Evan Birdsong backed by Dallas, Texas country outfit 1100 Springs and folk chantuese Mara Lee Miller (of Denton's Bosque Brown).  Birdsong has crafted a album of sublime and haunting Texas Noir-Folk that only men who sleep with the comfort of knowing their past is behind them can truly understand.
